Refund policy

At Calibre we want all our customers to be happy with the products they've purchased from us. So, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, Calibre accepts returns on most products when they're returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note this excludes hygiene products, food and beverage, and all other products with an expiry.

Products need to be in re-saleable condition if they're being returned, unless, of course, they're faulty. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Calibre can organise to collect the products for you, some charges do apply. We also have the option for our customers to return their goods via their own freight company. For more information, speak to our customer service team on 1300 032 322

Are there any products I cannot return?

Unfortunately, we are unable to return any hygiene products, food products and beverages. We are also unable to return any change-of-mind, over ordered or do not want products.

I've received an incorrect item in my order.

If you've received something in error, simply contact our Customer Care Team care on 1300 032 322 As soon as we receive your request, we'll be in touch to help you with the returns process.

I've received my order but products are damaged.

If there's anything damaged in your delivery, please contact our Customer Care Team on 1300 032 322 As soon as we receive your request, we'll be in touch to help you return your damaged item and arrange a prompt replacement.

How do I get a refund on my purchase?

We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from us and to ensure complete satisfaction we do offer refunds. How we process your refund and how long it takes may depend on the nature of the refund and the method of payment you used. 20% restocking fee may apply.

Am I able to exchange an item?

We don't offer exchanges; however, if you've purchased an item you don't want, you can contact our Customer Care Team on 1300 032 322. The products will need to be returned to us for a refund or credit.

Returns, Replacements and Credits Procedure Made Simple.

(a) The Buyer obtains a GRA form (Goods Return Authority Form) from Calibre;
(b) The goods are returned in their original condition and packaging, and in full package quantities;
(c) A copy of the corresponding tax invoice is supplied with the goods;
(d) The Buyer bears all freight charges incurred in returning the goods (unless agreed otherwise).
(e) A 20% restocking fee may apply to goods returned.

Any credit granted by Calibre to the Buyer will expire and become nonredeemable twelve (12) months after the date of the grant.
